Library Tab
The Library tab contains all pre-designed, ready-made HTML templates available in the platform. While many templates are free to use, some premium-only designs are accessible exclusively to users with paid or premium plans, offering more advanced and visually refined options.
Customize Tab
The Customize tab serves as your personal template archive, storing every template you have created, edited, or saved—whether built with the HTML editor, drag-and-drop builder, or selected and modified during the campaign creation process. Any template must be saved at least once for it to appear in this tab, ensuring that all custom designs are organized in one place and readily available for future campaigns.
Saving Your Template
Once you finish editing or building your template:
- Click Save.
- The template is Added to your Customize Archive.
- It becomes available for use in any future email campaign.
