After ➕Creating Your Account and activating either the Free Plan or a 🔒Premium Plan , Complete Your Profile information and follow this guide before launching your first campaign. This ensures your account is set up correctly and every email you send reaches its destination and performs effectively.
1. Configure Your SMTP Account
To send emails through the Gersuz platform, you need to connect your own SMTP account.
This allows the system to send messages securely from your domain, helping you maintain your sender reputation and avoid spam filters.
💡 Your SMTP connection is the engine that powers your email delivery — make sure it’s active and verified.
2. Set Up Delivery Status Notification (DSN)
To monitor delivery results, bounced emails, or error reports, you must configure a Delivery Status Notification (DSN) account.
This account allows the platform to receive delivery reports and process them automatically for your analytics dashboard.
What DSN does:
- Detects invalid or unreachable recipients
- Tracks server errors
- Reports successful deliveries
- Keeps your email lists clean and updated
⚙️ Without a DSN account, delivery tracking and bounce management will not function properly.
3. Enable URL Tracking
For accurate reporting on campaign performance, use URL Tracking.
This feature lets you see how many recipients opened your emails, clicked your links, and engaged with your campaigns.
To Use URL Tracking:
- In your email templates, use the Tracking URL generator instead of direct links.
- The system will automatically replace your links with trackable URLs.
