
Scheduling email campaigns is a core feature of the Gersuz Email Marketing system. This guide walks you through how to schedule a campaign, before it is delivered.
⚙️Scheduling an Email Campaign
Accessing the Email Marketing Campaigns Page
- From the Gersuz Dashboard sidebar, navigate to Email Marketing Campaigns.
- Here you will see all existing campaigns as well as the option to create a new one.
⚠️ The importance of time zone for scheduled campaigns
All scheduled email deliveries are executed based on the user’s Regional Time Zone, which is configured in the Time Zone section of the user’s Profile Settings. Make sure your time zone is correctly set to ensure your campaigns are delivered at the intended local time.
A. Scheduling an Existing Campaign
If you already have a campaign created:
- Find your campaign in the list.
- Click the Schedule Button (located on the Campaign Info Box).
- Choose the desired sending Date and Time.
- Confirm your options to Add the campaign to the Sending Queue.
This action places the campaign into the Scheduled Sending Queue, where it will wait until its set delivery time.
B. Scheduling a New Campaign
If you want to create and schedule a brand-new campaign:
- On the same page, click the Add button.
- Create your campaign by filling in the required fields.
- In the Right-Side Sidebar, check the option Send as Schedule.
- Select the Date and Time you want the campaign to be delivered.
- Click Confirm to finalize your scheduling.
Your newly created campaign is now added to the sending schedule.
