
How to Cancel Gersuz Email Marketing Campaigns
There are Two Different Methods available for Canceling a Campaign that has already been placed in the sending queue. Each method gives you flexibility depending on where you are within the Gersuz dashboard and how you prefer to manage your workflow. You can cancel a scheduled campaign directly from the Email Marketing Campaigns section or use the Analytics panel to access more detailed controls. Both approaches allow you to quickly stop a delivery before it is processed. This ensures full control and prevents unwanted emails from being sent to your audience.
⚙️Method 1: Cancel from the Email Marketing Campaigns Page
- Go to Email Marketing Campaigns from the sidebar.
- Click the Schedule Button on the campaign you want to cancel.
- A list of campaigns in the Waiting Queue will appear.
- Click Remove to take the campaign out of the sending queue.
This instantly cancels the scheduled delivery.
⚙️Method 2: Cancel from the Analytics Panel
- From the dashboard sidebar, go to Email Marketing → Analytics.
- Scroll Down to the Statistics section.
- Locate the Campaign you want to cancel.
- Open the Three-dot Menu on the right side.
- Select Cancel.
This removes the campaign from the scheduled queue and stops it from being sent.
Campaign Status
You can track the status of all scheduled or sending campaigns from:
Analytics → Statistics Tab
- Waiting : Campaigns that have been scheduled but whose sending time has not yet arrived.
- Sending : Campaigns that are currently sending at a rate compatible with the SMTP capacities configured in the SMTP Settings page.
This gives you a clear, real-time overview of the delivery pipeline inside the Gersuz Email Marketing Analytics panel.
